  • How long does it take to get an order?

  • Stocked, pre-produced items are usually dispatched within two business days. Made-to-order products can take two to four weeks, while custom-made creations have longer lead times. We’ll walk you through all the timelines.

  • Is there a minimum order requirement?

  • Some products, like garments, can be ordered with just a minimum of one, but others will require a higher minimum. We’ll make sure your store clearly displays the required number.

  • How do we handle uniform sizes?

  • Don’t worry; there aren’t any spreadsheets here. Your online store allows you to effortlessly collect and organise uniform sizes, simplifying the process for everyone involved.

  • Can we get bulk discounts?
