Accountant

We're Look Brilliant, a national branded merchandise agency making brands across Australia look brilliant, and part of the Deepdale Group. We're looking for an Accountant to support the smooth running of our financial operations and help keep the business moving forward.

What you'll do in this role

  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts
  • Assist in preparing budgets together with the CFO and loading in the ERP
  • Handle all supplier payments efficiently and accurately
  • Process payroll and commissions, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly and annual accounts, including P&Ls, balance sheets and cash flow statements
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of ledgers and intercompany accounts
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems and reporting to boost efficiency, accuracy and performance

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent hands-on experience—we value practical expertise just as highly)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and good knowledge of Quick Books (preferred)
  • Exceptional reconciliation skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills to interact confidently with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Passion for optimising systems and processes to drive continuous improvement
  • A positive, friendly and collaborative attitude
  • Ambition to grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking company

Warehouse Assistant

What you'll do in this role

  • Load/unload deliveries from couriers
  • Conduct item quality checks and quantity verification
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders
  • Manage couriers
  • Process customer invoices
  • Assist with general warehouse operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

What we’re looking for

  • Previous warehouse, logistics or similar experience (preferred but training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical fitness for moving boxes
  • A positive, friendly and collaborative attitude
  • Reliability, punctuality and a proactive approach
  • Flexibility for occasional extra hours during busy periods

  • Campaigns and events. Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, launches and event experiences
  • Behind-the-scenes magic. Capture moments at our offices, warehouses and events that show the personalities of our team
