I joined Look Brilliant just over 3 years ago, coming from outside the industry. From day one, I was struck by how genuinely welcoming everyone was, not just my immediate team but the entire organisation. As someone new to the field, I found the training to be thorough, well-paced and easy to follow. The system tools are intuitive, thoughtfully designed and enable me to work efficiently while staying focused on what matters most.
Management is exceptional. I feel that my opinions are genuinely heard and taken into account, and it’s clear that my wellbeing is a priority. Their commitment to continually improving the business gives me confidence that I’m contributing to something truly meaningful.
I really enjoy working with some very kind and knowledgeable people who have taught me so much since I started working here.
