How did we make sure that we were the right fit?
After we were recommended by another organisation, our live chat feature proved to be a significant asset in ensuring accessibility for the deaf community. We started with the live chat, through which the Foundation set up a meeting with our team member Sabrina. The Foundation were able to discuss their requirements, explore our showroom and share their previous shirts for design references.
They appreciated the different design options presented by us and the visual proofs shared online. Sabrina handled the design changes gracefully and promptly, ensuring the Foundation had complete satisfaction with their final design.
